As we've watched the tragic story of Gabby Petito unfold over the last several weeks, it's been triggering to survivors of all kinds of abuse. For survivors of sexual abuse in the church, specifically, we may not be able to relate completely to Gabby's experience, but there are definitely parallels which bring he story close to home.
